Job summary

Weeks Medical Center in Lancaster, NH is seeking a Respiratory Care Practitioner to provide age-appropriate care per hospital policies and the AARC standards.

The role offers an hourly range of 37.21–50.22 with a commencement bonus of $3,500; 50% paid at hire and the rest after six months of continuous employment, salary determined by experience.

Candidates must graduate from an approved Respiratory Care program, hold NH license, and obtain ACLS; PALS and NRP eligibility or within six months.

Job description

This position is eligible for a commencement bonus of $3,500.00, with 50% payable at or around the hire date and the remaining 50% payable after six (6) months of continuous employment.

Job Summary

The Respiratory Care Practitioner is a valuable member of the healthcare team who demonstrates knowledge, skill, and professionalism when interacting with peers and patients. The RT must be able to provide age appropriate care to a diversified patient population. This individual must demonstrate knowledge of hospital policies and procedures as well as the AARC standards of practice.

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $37.21/hr - $46.50/hr - $50.22/hr. Final compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate's applicable experience, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors.

Essential Qualifications

Graduate from an approved/accredited Program of Respiratory Care and a current New Hampshire License/Registration is required. Knowledge of evidence-based practices and techniques for respiratory care. Current ACLS certification or eligible for certification by National Board of Respiratory Care. PALS and NRP certification or must be able to obtain within six (6) months of hire. Participation in continuing education program.
