Job summary

Weeks Medical Center Lancaster, NH, affiliated with North Country Healthcare, offers a commencement bonus of $5,000 payable in two installments.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program with NH RN license and current BLS & ACLS certifications.
  • BLS and ACLS required; PALS preferred.
  • Must be proficient in oral and written communication and have strong interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Current clinical experience preferred.

Job description

This position is eligible for a commencement bonus of $5,000.00, with 50% payable at or around the hire date and the remaining 50% payable after six (6) months of continuous employment.
Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for managing individualized patient care by promoting and restoring patients' health through the nursing process; collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members; providing physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families; and supervising assigned team members. The RN is responsible to their Nurse Manager and ultimately, Chief Nursing Officer.

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $39.22/hr - $49.02/hr - $42.94/hr. Final compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate's applicable experience, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors.

Essential Requirements: Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing with a current NH license and BLS & ACLS certifications are required, PALS preferred. Must be proficient in oral and written communication skills and have excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills Current clinical experience preferred.
