Proforma Health Inc. seeks an experienced allied health professional for a travel assignment in a NICU setting.

The role focuses on adult and neonatal care using specialized equipment such as CPAP, high-flow cannula, and ventilators, with flexibility to float to different units as needed. Willing candidates must hold active licensure and certifications (BLS, RRT, ACLS, PALS, NRP), have references, and be located more than 50 miles from the facility.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of relevant NICU experience.
• Experience with CPAP, high-flow nasal cannula, and ventilators.
• Current BLS, RRT, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications.
• Must have a driver's license and reside more than 50 miles from the facility.

Responsabilidades

• Complete pre-employment modules and health documentation as required.

Role Overview:

An experienced allied health professional is sought for a travel assignment in a NICU setting. Candidates must hold necessary licensure, certifications, and references, and be willing to float to different units as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality patient care during night shifts, adhering to unit protocols, utilizing advanced respiratory equipment, and following safety standards. The role requires collaboration with team members, documentation, and compliance with certification requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, including recent practice, with preferred familiarity in CPAP, high-flow nasal cannula, and ventilators. Certifications include BLS, RRT, ACLS, PALS, and NRP. Must have a driver’s license and be located more than 50 miles from the facility.

Additional Details:

This travel-only position requires weekly night shifts, every other weekend, and up to 10 days off. References from supervisors within the last 12 months are necessary, along with a skills checklist. Pre-employment modules and health documents may be required for onboarding.
