Qualifications

• Associate degree from a CoARC-accredited program.
• Certification: CRT, CRTT, or RRT; BLS/ACLS required.
• Iowa Respiratory Therapist license required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement respiratory care plans for residents.
• Initiate, monitor, and adjust prescribed therapies as needed.
• Document data in medical records and coordinate with the care team.
