Regency Hospital - Upstate in Anderson, SC seeks a Respiratory Therapist (RT) for a full-time days schedule (7 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.). Compensation ranges from $31.82 to $42.00 per hour with a $7,500 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients, delivering respiratory care, and teaching families. Minimum requirements include active NBRC CRT or RRT, graduation proof, BLS, state licensure, and ACLS within 6 months.

Qualificações

• Must hold an active CRT or RRT credential per NBRC or state equivalent.
• Provide proof of graduation (transcript/diploma or GED).
• Maintain current BLS; ACLS required within 6 months of hire.
• Current state licensure is required at start date.

Responsabilidades

• Provide respiratory care for critical/complex conditions.
• Insert and remove endotracheal tubes as needed.
• Promote quality improvement initiatives.
• Educate and counsel patients and families.

• Providing respiratory care to patients with critical and complex medical and surgical conditions.
• Performing insertion and removal of endotracheal tubes.
• Promoting continuous quality improvement.
• Teaching and counseling patients/families.

Qualifications

Minimum requirements:

• Must possess "Active" CRT or RRT credential from the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) or state equivalent.
• Proof of graduation required: college transcript/diploma (preferred) or high school transcript/diploma or GED.
• Possess a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by start date.
• Current state licensure is required.
• ACLS is required within 6 months of hire. (Agency RT must have ACLS upon first shift, PRN staff must have ACLS upon hire).

Preferred qualifications:

• One (1) year of related experience is preferred.
