UCHealth’s Medical Center of the Rockies in Loveland, CO seeks a Respiratory Therapist to provide direct patient care in a technologically advanced unit. The role focuses on ventilator management, airway support, and coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality outcomes.

The position is full-time, dayshift, onsite only, with a structured career ladder and comprehensive benefits. Licensure, NBRC registration, and BLS/ACLS/NRP/PALS prerequisites apply.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by NBRC.
• State licensure.
• BLS and ACLS required upon hire.
• PALS and NRP within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides top of scope direct patient care using respiratory therapy protocols.
• Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal care outcomes.
• Prioritizes wellness and evidence-based practice in patient care.
• Precepts new staff and supports ongoing education.
