Qualified candidates will be an accredited Respiratory Therapy graduate, hold NBRC RRT certification, and possess state licensure with required NRP/PALS where applicable, plus ACLS and BLS certifications. The role emphasizes direct patient care and teamwork in a complex clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.
• Registered as an Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by NBRC.
• State licensure is required.
• NRP within 1 year if NICU assignment; PALS within 1 year if ED assignment.
• ACLS and BLS required; BLS/CPR card valid through 60 days after hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level respiratory care per protocols and best practices.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Support and mentor less experienced staff; participate in clinical education.
