Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited respiratory program with at least an associate degree.
• Current Oklahoma RCP license or Provisional Letter (valid until Board meeting date).
• NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required and maintained.
• BLS required.
• ACLS and PALS required within six (6) months of hire; annual recertification required.
• SECURE training required within six (6) months of hire.
• NRP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and deliver evidence-based respiratory care.
• Document patient status and care provided.
• Provide ventilatory management for adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients.
• Support departmental operations and maintain safety protocols.
• Handle equipment cleaning, sterilization, and inventory.
• Adhere to medication administration safety standards.
