Job Summary and Qualifications

The staff respiratory therapist demonstrates proficiency in all modalities of Respiratory Care and multidisciplinary skills, complying with hospital policies. May work with respiratory students.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Respiratory Care program recognized by NBRC.
• One-year experience preferred.
• Credentialed as CRT by NBRC upon hire.
• Licensed by the Texas Medical Board as a Respiratory Care Practitioner.
• Current BLS provider certification from AHA or Red Cross.
