Job summary

The Staff Pad is partnering with a Manchester, NH hospital to hire a Certified or Registered Respiratory Therapist (CRT/RRT) for full-time day shifts. You will provide essential respiratory therapies and diagnostics across acute and outpatient settings, delivering patient-centered care with a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• CRT or RRT credential required
• Active state licensure (or eligibility) required
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Acute care or hospital experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of respiratory therapy techniques and equipment
• Ability to respond effectively in emergency and critical care situations

Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory therapies, including oxygen, aerosol, high-humidity, and ventilator support
• Perform arterial punctures and analyze arterial blood gases (ABGs)
• Conduct pulmonary function testing and EKGs
• Assist with chest physiotherapy and emergency respiratory interventions, including CPR
• Support long-term ventilation management and critical care patients
• Accurately document treatments and patient responses in medical records
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
• Assist with stress testing procedures alongside Nuclear Medicine and Nursing teams
• Serve as a clinical resource for respiratory care best practices
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards
