Community Health Systems is seeking a Respiratory Therapist (CRT) for full-time night shifts (7a–7p, 3-12s) in Missouri. The role includes delivering diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory care, monitoring patient responses, and adjusting treatment plans under physician orders.

Strong documentation, PPE use, and collaboration with the care team are essential. Required CRT certification with BCLS/ACLS/PALS; NRP and STABLE are preferred if NICU work is involved.

Formación

• 1–2 years of healthcare experience preferred.
• CRT certification required or eligible.
• BCLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, STABLE certifications preferred or required per unit.

Responsabilidades

• Administer respiratory treatments per physician orders and protocols.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust therapy as needed.
• Manage ventilator settings and airway support.
• Document treatments and patient status clearly in the EMR.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safety and quality care.
