HCA Houston Healthcare Kingwood in Houston, TX is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to guide patients through routine care and critical moments. You’ll perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, manage ventilation and airway support, and collaborate with physicians and nurses to deliver high-quality care.

You’ll have access to advanced respiratory technology, mentorship from RT leaders, and a dependable, collaborative team that supports your growth.

Formación

• ACLS within 6 months of employment start date.
• BCLS within 6 months of employment start date.
• NRP within 6 months of employment start date.
• PALS within 6 months of employment start date.
• NBRC-RRT: Registered Respiratory Therapist.
• RRT/RCP-State: Respiratory Therapist/Practitioner.

Responsabilidades

• Assessing respiratory status and needs; perform focused exams and interpret breath sounds.
• Delivering evidence-based therapy: oxygen, aerosols, airway clearance techniques, and related treatments.
• Managing ventilation and airways: invasive and noninvasive ventilation, monitor responses, assist with airway placement.
• Educating patients and families; partnering with physicians and nurses; support newborns during deliveries as needed.
• Setup, operation, and maintenance of respiratory equipment; ensure infection-control standards.
