Qualifications

• Obtain Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of employment start date.
• Acquire Neonate Resuscitate within 30 days of employment start date.
• Hold (NBRC-RRT) Registered Respiratory Therapist certification.
• Possess (RRT/RCP-State) Respiratory Therapist/Practitioner license.

Responsibilities

• Assess respiratory status through focused exams and breath sound interpretation.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy and provide oxygen support.
• Manage ventilation and assist with airway placement.
• Educate patients and families about respiratory care.
• Maintain respiratory equipment according to standards.
