CommonSpirit Health’s CHI Williston Health is hiring a Respiratory Therapist to join an experienced RT team delivering specialized cardiopulmonary care. You will work with patients with breathing issues, provide treatments from nebulizers and ventilation support, and collaborate with physicians to develop effective care plans.

The role requires strong assessment skills, calm under pressure, and the ability to educate patients and train staff as qualified.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor degree in Respiratory Therapy.
• ND license (RESP-LIC:ND) required upon hire.
• BLS-CPR required upon hire.
• ACLS required upon hire.
• NRP required upon hire.

Responsabilités

• Assess respiratory and cardiopulmonary patients of all ages and determine care needs.
• Perform diagnostic testing and administer respiratory treatments per orders.
• Monitor, document and communicate patient responses to therapy and tolerance.
• Educate patients on respiratory treatments and home-care techniques.
• Collaborate with physicians and care team; assist with onboarding and training when qualified.
