CommonSpirit Memorial seeks a Respiratory Therapist to join an established RT team and deliver specialized cardiopulmonary care. You will manage treatments from breathing techniques to ventilator management and oxygen therapies, contributing to effective care plans for diverse patients.

You will apply assessment skills and critical thinking daily, maintain real-time documentation, and participate in quality improvement while educating patients and families.

Qualificações

• Associates of Science in Respiratory Therapy required upon hire.
• 6–12 months experience in Respiratory Care or related field.
• GA Respiratory Care Practitioner license required upon hire.
• BLS/CPR within 14 days; ACLS within 30 days; PALS within 30 days.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluating patient and recommends a treatment plan.
• Provides respiratory care to patients with critical and complex medical/surgical conditions.
• Performing/inserting/removal of endotracheal tubes.
• Performing timely and accurate documentation with real time charting.
• Promoting continuous quality improvement.
• Educating and counseling patients, family members, and caregivers.
