The role emphasizes urgent, calm, and precise intervention across routine and emergent situations, with collaboration across physicians and staff to support training and competency development.

Qualifications

• Associates in Respiratory Therapy required at hire.
• Bachelors in Respiratory Therapy preferred.
• Respiratory Care Practitioner license: ND (RESP-LIC:ND) required at hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS-CPR) required at hire.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required at hire.
• NRP certification required at hire.

Responsabilités

• Assess patients with respiratory and cardiopulmonary conditions and determine care needs.
• Perform diagnostic testing and administer respiratory treatments per physician orders.
• Monitor and document patient responses to therapy and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients on respiratory treatments and home care.
• Collaborate with physicians and care team; assist onboarding and competency development.
