CommonSpirit Health in Williston, ND is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to join an established team. You will provide specialized cardiopulmonary care, including nebulizer treatments, ventilator management, oxygen therapy, and external ventilation support.

You will assess patients, develop care plans, document responses, and educate patients on respiratory therapies. Collaboration with physicians and the care team will be essential to ensure safe, effective treatment across acute and emergent

Competenze

Associates in Respiratory Therapy required at hire.
Bachelor's in Respiratory Therapy required.
Respiratory Care Practitioner: ND (RESP-LIC:ND) required at hire.
Basic Life Support - CPR (BLS-CPR) required at hire.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required at hire.
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) required at hire.

Mansioni

Assess patients of all ages with respiratory and cardiopulmonary conditions, evaluating symptoms and determining appropriate respiratory care needs.
Perform diagnostic testing and administer respiratory treatments per physician orders and treatment plans.
Monitor, document, and communicate patient responses to therapy and treatment effectiveness.
Educate patients on respiratory treatments and techniques for home care.
Collaborate with physicians and care team to coordinate patient care and assist with onboarding and competency development.
