Saline Memorial Hospital in Arkansas is seeking a qualified Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our team and help deliver high-quality patient care across shifts. You will work under the Respiratory Market Director, providing routine therapies, responding to codes, and supporting patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license in good standing.
• BLS within one month from hire/transfer date.
• ACLS within six months from hire/transfer date.
• PALS within six months from hire/transfer date.

Responsabilités

• Deliver routine therapy as delegated and respond to codes and emergent calls.
• Assess patient conditions and administer appropriate treatments.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient status; educate patients and families.
• Manage respiratory care supplies and medical gas cylinders; maintain equipment; perform cleaning and preventive maintenance.
• Adhere to HIPAA and hospital policies; perform additional duties as needed.
