Job summary

Ozarks Community Hospital in Gravette, Arkansas, is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our Respiratory department. The RRT will deliver high-quality patient care across respiratory therapy, cardiac, and diagnostic procedures, under the Cardiopulmonary Manager.

The role includes coordinating departmental operations, providing technical support, and ensuring smooth department function to support underserved communities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of an AMA approved Respiratory Therapy program.
• Credentials earned and maintained through the National Board of Respiratory Care.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification with recertification as required.
• ACLS and PALS certification required.
• Licensed to practice Respiratory Care in the applicable state with CEU maintenance.

• Demonstrates a high level of quality patient care in respiratory therapy, cardiac, and diagnostic procedures.
• Assist the Cardiopulmonary Manager in coordinating the smooth function of the department.
• Provide technical support in all departmental activities.

Ozarks Community Hospital (OCH), located in Gravette, Arkansas, is seeking aRegistered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)to join our Respiratory department.

Under the direction of the Cardiopulmonary Manager, the RRT is responsible for demonstrating a high level of quality patient care as it is related to respiratory therapy, cardiac, and diagnostic procedures (if applicable). Responsible for assisting the department manager in coordinating the smooth function of the department and providing technical support in all departmental activities.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Must hold a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross. Recertification required before expiration throughout employment.
• ACLS and PALS required.
