Ochsner Health is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to provide respiratory care, oxygen services, diagnostics and ventilation support for patients across age groups. The role includes monitoring and adjusting therapies, documenting clinical information, and collaborating with physicians and staff.

Required credentials include a current Respiratory Therapist license, NBRC certification as CRT, BLS, and ACLS/PALS within 90 days of hire; NICU experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Performs routine and advanced respiratory care procedures per policy.
• Reviews and documents clinical information for each patient.
• Educates patients and co-workers on treatment plans.
• Performs diagnostic procedures and administers therapies as ordered.
• Maintains certifications and up-to-date knowledge of procedures.
• Attends staff meetings and other related duties as required.
