Concourse Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, Inc. in Bronx, NY is seeking a Respiratory Therapist (RT) to join our compassionate team. The RT will provide respiratory care, administer treatments, monitor residents, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve respiratory health and quality of life.

The role is full-time with 8-hour shifts and an in-person work setting. A $2,000 sign-on bonus and $50/hour compensation are offered to attract skilled therapists.

Qualificações

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active New York State RT license.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in long-term care, rehab, or acute care preferred; new graduates welcome.

Responsabilidades

• Administer respiratory therapy treatments, including oxygen therapy, aerosolized medications, and chest physiotherapy.
• Monitor patients’ pulmonary status and document changes.
• Assist with ventilator care and respiratory support as needed.
• Educate residents and families on respiratory health and therapy techniques.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinical and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
