Job summary

You will perform assessments, document findings, and collaborate with physicians to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualified candidates hold an Associate's degree, an active Respiratory Therapist license in the state of practice and NBRC RRT, with BLS and ACLS within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in respiratory care required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Current license as Respiratory Therapist in the state of practice; NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) preferred.
• BLS certification required; ACLS to be obtained within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care treatment, oxygen services and ventilation support across patient ages.
• Perform diagnostic procedures and monitor patient status with appropriate documentation.
• Educate patients and co-workers on treatments and plans of care.
• Adhere to established policies and procedures in all respiratory care activities.
• Be flexible with work schedule and able to travel between facilities if needed.
