Job summary

MSI is seeking Respiratory Therapists to handle in-home CPAP and BiPAP setups on a PRN basis in Terre Haute, Indiana. There’s no set schedule or minimum hours; you’ll be contacted when setups are available and you can choose visits that fit around your current job.

You’ll be paid per completed setup, and mileage is reimbursed. Focus is on sleep therapy setups only, with no vents or trachs, offering flexible, supplemental income.

Qualifications

• Active RT license (RRT or CRT) in the state of assignment.
• Experience with CPAP/BiPAP setups, mask fitting, and patient education.
• Strong patient education and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation for in-home visits.

Responsibilities

• Complete in-home CPAP/BiPAP setups per provider orders.
• Fit masks, select interfaces, and adjust for comfort.
• Teach patients how to use, clean, and maintain equipment.
• Document setups, settings, patient education, and patient status.
• Coordinate with the DME and clinical teams as needed.

We’re looking for Respiratory Therapists to handle in-home CPAP and BiPAP setups on an as-needed basis. There’s no set schedule or minimum hours. When setups are available in your area, we reach out, and you accept the visits that fit around your current job.

You’ll be paid for each completed setup, and your mileage is reimbursed. It’s a simple way to earn more using skills you already have.

What you’ll do

• Complete in-home CPAP/BiPAP setups per provider orders and prescribed settings.
• Fit masks, help patients choose the right interface and size, and adjust for comfort and seal.
• Teach patients how to use, clean, and maintain their equipment, plus what supplies they’ll need.
• Help patients understand their therapy goals and why staying compliant matters.
• Troubleshoot basic fit, comfort, leak, and equipment issues.
• Document setups, settings, patient education, and patient status.
• Coordinate with the DME and clinical teams as needed.

Pay structure

• Paid per completed setup/visit (not hourly)
• Accept visits as they become available

What you’ll need
