Job description

We’re hiring experienced Respiratory Therapists (CRTT or RRT) to provide in-home respiratory care and equipment setups. We’ll work with you to set a consistent weekly schedule that fits around your current job, so you can count on regular hours and regular pay. If you want more, part-time and full-time schedules are also available.

You’ll visit patients at home to set up and support oxygen, CPAP/BiPAP, trach care, suction, and high-tech ventilation. You’ll also teach patients and caregivers how to use their equipment safely and confidently.

Why RTs work with us
  • Reliable extra income: A set weekly schedule means steady, predictable earnings, not hit-or-miss shifts.
  • A schedule built around your life: We plan your recurring days and hours with your current job in mind.
  • Part-time or full-time options: Add a couple of set days a week, or make it your main role.
  • More one-on-one patient time: Give patients personal care in their homes, without the pace of a hospital floor.
  • Grow your skills: Get hands-on home health and advanced ventilation experience.
  • Support from our team: Our coordinators handle scheduling and onboarding so you can focus on patients.
What you’ll do
  • Perform in-home setups for CPAP/BiPAP, tracheostomy care, suction, and ventilation.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on equipment use, cleaning, and maintenance.
  • Deliver prompt, “white glove” service and resolve issues during follow-up visits or calls.
  • Plan efficient routes and complete timely electronic documentation.
  • Participate in on-call rotations as scheduled.
What you’ll need
  • Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program with an active CRTT or RRT credential.
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
  • Comfortable with electronic documentation and mobile or web-based systems.
  • Based in or able to commute within the assigned area.
  • Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule.
Nice to have
  • 2+ years of Respiratory Therapy experience.
  • Home health experience.

To get you on the schedule quickly, you’ll need to:

  • Complete onboarding steps within the required timelines, including a background check, drug screening, TB testing, and any site-specific credentialing.
  • Respond promptly to onboarding and scheduling messages (email, text, or phone).
Work model:

Field-based, with travel to patient homes in your area. Recurring weekly schedule, available part-time, full-time, or as an add-on to your current job.
