Job summary

All Saints Sub Acute & Nursing in San Leandro, CA is seeking a compassionate Respiratory Therapist (RT) for a part-time role. You will assess and treat residents with pulmonary disorders, administer therapies, monitor progress, and work closely with an interdisciplinary team to deliver resident-centered care.

The position offers hourly pay of $47–$48 and a flexible PT schedule, with a supportive team environment and opportunities for ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Licensed RT in California in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.
• Experience in skilled nursing or acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents to identify respiratory care needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer respiratory therapies, oxygen therapy, aerosol medications, and other prescribed pulmonary interventions.
• Monitor residents for changes in respiratory status and communicate concerns to physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
• Document treatments accurately and maintain HIPAA-compliant records.
