Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency in Roswell, GA seeks a Respiratory Care Lead to oversee daily shift activities, provide direct clinical support, manage staff assignments, and facilitate interdisciplinary communication to promote patient safety and quality of care.

You'll lead performance improvement efforts, ensure equipment readiness, onboard staff, and maintain education records while supporting ongoing professional development for the team.

Qualifications

• Requires degree in Respiratory Therapy (preferred).
• NBRC-RRT credential with at least two years of critical care experience.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications required.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Provider or Instructor is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, clinical skills, and knowledge of quality improvement processes.

Responsibilities
