Willingham Works, a nurse-led staffing and consulting firm based in Kentucky, is building a pre-screened candidate pool of Respiratory Therapists for opportunities across Kentucky and southern Indiana.

We welcome RTs with active licenses in KY or IN and CRT or RRT credentials, including new grads. This is not an immediate opening but a pipeline to align with partner hospitals' future needs.

Qualifications

• Active RT license in Kentucky or Indiana.
• CRT or RRT credential.
• Experience in adult ICU, NICU, PICU, ER, sleep lab, pulmonary clinic, home health, or vent management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support a pre-screened candidate pool for RT opportunities.
• Engage with healthcare facilities statewide to understand staffing needs.
• Screen and evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for future openings.

Willingham Works is a nurse-led, woman-owned small business based in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. We build long-term relationships with healthcare facilities across Kentucky and southern Indiana, and we maintain an active candidate pool of qualified Respiratory Therapists.

WE ARE BUILDING OUR CANDIDATE POOL

We are talking with Respiratory Therapists in Anderson, Indiana,and the surrounding 10-mile area who are open to learning about future opportunities. This is NOT an immediate opening — we're building a pre-screened candidate pool so when our partner hospitals and clinics have RT needs, we have the right people ready.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Active RT license in Kentucky or Indiana
• CRT or RRT credential
• Experience in any of: adult ICU, NICU, pediatric ICU, ER, sleep lab, pulmonary clinic, home health, vent management
• New RT grads with credentials are welcome to apply

COMPENSATION
