Job summary

Merck & Co., Inc. seeks a Respiratory Executive Sales Specialist to drive territory growth by promoting respiratory products to pulmonologists and other HCPs, while ensuring compliant use of promotional resources.

You will travel to assigned territories and build lasting professional relationships, educating customers with product insights and access programs. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in pharma/biotech sales, experience in specialty channels, and willingness to travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech or equivalent sales experience.
• Respiratory Executive Sales Experience
• Experience in specialty pharmacy, distribution channels, and/or HUBs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory-level business plan and promote respiratory products to educate HCPs.
• Monitor business performance against objectives using company tools for planning.
• Conduct compliant product sales discussions and align customer needs with products.
• Demonstrate expertise in Patient Access Programs and Specialty Distribution Models.
• Maintain accurate records of HCP interactions in CRM and use data for territory planning.
• Develop expertise to provide customers with tailored interactions using learning materials.
• Be knowledgeable on headquarters-approved information regarding products and marketplace.
