Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in Medicare-certified HME environments handling insurance billing preferred.
• Knowledge of respiratory therapy or DME services preferred.
• Valid and unrestricted driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide equipment instruction, service, and troubleshooting for respiratory patients.
• Set up PAP equipment and fit masks with instructions.
• Conduct patient follow-ups to ensure optimal care outcomes.
• Perform routine maintenance checks and repairs per policy.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and documentation accuracy.
• Promote services to community referral sources as appropriate.
