Job summary

Aequor in Fall River, MA is seeking a Manufacturing Technical Associate to support respiratory MDI production on all shifts. You will operate and troubleshoot automated equipment, follow cGMP, and ensure safety and quality across manufacturing and packaging processes.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or sciences, 5+ years of production experience, and the ability to work extended hours. Relocation offered; sponsorship not provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related scientific field.
• Minimum five (5+) years of production/manufacturing experience.
• Experience in pharma not required; strong engineering/manufacturing background acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Operate, set up, and troubleshoot automated manufacturing equipment for respiratory MDIs.
• Follow cGMP, SOPs, and batch records; document actions accurately.
• Assist with line clearances, validation support, and equipment maintenance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and safety enhancements.
• Work extended hours as needed to meet production schedules.
