The role involves working in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, operating and maintaining MDI equipment, and ensuring cGMP compliance. The successful candidate will perform setup, changeovers, line clearances, documentation, and participate in investigations and continuous improvement while adhering to safety and containment requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum seven years in pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environments.
• Experience operating, setting up, and troubleshooting automated manufacturing equipment.
• Experience with changeovers, startup activities, line clearances, and production documentation in cGMP.
• Inhalation/MDI manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot MDI manufacturing and packaging equipment in a pharmaceutical setting.
• Perform equipment setup, changeovers, line clearances, disassembly, reassembly, and cleaning per approved procedures.
• Document production activities accurately in cGMP-compliant records.
• Support investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with training manufacturing staff on equipment operation and SOPs.
• Maintain safety and quality standards and comply with PPE and containment requirements.
