Job summary

Kubat Respiratory is seeking a CSR - Intake Respiratory Specialist for our Lakeside Location in West Omaha. The role handles intake, insurance documentation, and prior authorizations while coordinating with doctors, patients, and insurers to ensure timely processing.

The position requires 1-3 years in billing/intake, HIPAA compliance, and strong customer service. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with a focus on accurate documentation and coordinated care.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of billing and intake experience.
• Understanding of ICD-10 coding.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers in person and over the phone.
• Ensure insurance coverage guidelines are met with providers.
• Create and file orders to submit to Medicare/Medicaid/private insurers.
• Assist with paperwork flow and information within the office.
• Coordinate prior authorization and required documentation.
• Manage payments and credit card transactions.
• Maintain the showroom and work area.
• Resolve patient and customer concerns.
