Qualifications

• Associates degree + 3+ years experience as an RRT required.
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred, with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operations of inpatient and outpatient Respiratory Therapy, including adult/neonatal care and pulmonary services.
• Provides coaching and performance improvement plans; designs and participates in quality improvement projects.
• Manages staff scheduling, cross-training, and call-out procedures; ensures equipment readiness and proper maintenance.
• Monitors billing queues and ensures revenue accuracy; collaborates with professional billing.
• Maintains regulatory compliance and survey readiness; organizes teaching conferences and maintains CEUs.

Education

Associate's Degree Business, Allied Health or related field

Bachelor's Degree (preferred) in related field
