The position requires an Associate’s degree in Respiratory Therapy, current RCP/NBRC and PA licensure, and two years of leadership experience. Night shift with differential pay applies.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Respiratory Therapy with clinical experience or equivalent work history.
• Current RCP and NBRC RRT credentials.

Responsibilities

• Direct hospital-wide respiratory operations and resource allocation.
• Oversee staff performance and pursue outcomes alignment.
• Lead night shift with 11:00p–7:30a schedule and differential pay.
