BayCare is seeking a Supervisor of Respiratory Care at Bartow Medical Center to lead a clinical team in Respiratory Care Services. This full-time role requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and a focus on patient care.

The position reports to the Respiratory Care Manager, covers day shift 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with on-call responsibilities. Candidates should have RRT, NBRC credentials, and a background in NICU or pediatric care is preferred.

Qualifications

• Qualified Respiratory Therapist with NBRC credentials.
• Experience in NICU or pediatric settings preferred.
• Comfortable with regulatory requirements and leadership duties.

Responsabilités

• Support the Respiratory Care Manager in supervision and staffing.
• Assist with hiring, performance reviews, coaching and policy reviews.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and drive process improvements.
• Act as a role model for the team and manage multiple departments.
• Handle direct reports and participate in on-call coverage.
