This full-time, day-shift role supports a multi-department operation and requires a strong clinical background in respiratory therapy and leadership capabilities.

Formación

• RRT Respiratory Therapy License required.
• Active NBRC Credential for RRT.
• CPR certification.
• NRP within 6 months.
• ACLS within 6 months.
• PALS preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise the Respiratory Care team and address staffing and patient care issues.
• Assist the manager with hiring, performance reviews, coaching and termination.
• Ensure regulatory requirements are met and pursue process improvements.
• Serve as a role model for others.
• Reports to a Manager over multiple departments or multiple campuses; >10 direct reports.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
