Job summary

The supervisor will act as a resource and coach, promote evidence-based practice, and align practices with the Renown Health Code of Ethics.

Qualifications

• Leadership and coaching of Respiratory Care staff.
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with physicians, nurses and allied teams.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practice and adult learning principles.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities of the Respiratory Care staff.
• Serve as liaison with purchasing and vendors as needed.
• Support the Director in department operations and quality improvement.
• Promote adherence to the Renown Health Code of Ethics.
