Renown Health is seeking a Clinical Respiratory Therapist to provide respiratory therapy per protocol and physician orders for patients from newborn to geriatric ages in the Reno area. Qualifications

• Must have working-level knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Minimum 2 years' experience of full-time Respiratory Care in a critical care setting.
• State of Nevada Board of Medical Examiners Respiratory Care Practitioner license required at time of hire.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential from the National Board of Respiratory Care required at time of hire.
• AHA BLS certification required at time of hire; ACLS & PALS required within 6 months.
• Must possess or obtain within 90 days the computer skills needed to complete online training and benefits enrollment.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy procedures per protocol and physician orders.
• Document patient records and department logs accurately.
• Perform care across neonatal, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients in ICU and general care units.
• Maintain up-to-date competencies and participate in ongoing professional development.
