Job summary

OhioHealth seeks a Respiratory Therapist to administer diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory procedures, evaluate patient responses, and communicate findings to the care team. The role supports the Respiratory Care Plan within Pulmonary Services.

This position offers a 24-hour weekly schedule with night shifts and includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Required: Associate's degree in Respiratory Care, NBRC certification, and Ohio licensure, plus BLS.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Respiratory Care required.
• NBRC certification and Ohio license required.
• BLS certification and knowledge of respiratory care procedures.

Responsibilities

• Administers respiratory therapy and monitors patient response.
• Evaluates care effectiveness and documents data.
• May serve as Charge Therapist; coordinates shift operations.
• Performs invasive and noninvasive respiratory procedures; ensures patient safety.
