Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• BLS Certification (American Heart Association) required.
• Enrollment in Accredited Respiratory Care Program in Ohio with Limited Permit or Ohio License.
• Night shift schedule available.

Responsibilities

• Prepares for patient treatment; follows physician orders for respiratory care.
• Administers respiratory therapies (MDI, nebulization, oxygen, ventilation) and monitors patients.
• Observes patients during treatments, records data, notifies care team of adverse events.
• Performs invasive procedures such as suctioning and ABG sampling as needed.
• Maintains equipment and conducts quality checks; troubleshoots problems.
• Participates in high reliability organization practices emphasizing safety and efficiency.
