Mount Carmel Health System is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT) for a full-time, 12-hour night shift. The role involves providing respiratory care, initiating therapies, recording assessments, and coordinating with physicians to optimize patient care.

Qualifications include a 2- or 4-year Respiratory Care Program, Ohio license with NBRC credentials, clinical experience with adult and neonatal therapies, and current BLS certification. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Completion of a 2- or 4-year Respiratory Care Program.
• Ohio Respiratory Care Professional License to practice in Ohio and NBRC credential indicating RRT or CRT.
• Clinical experience in adult and neonatal respiratory therapy procedures.
• Maintain current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide Respiratory Care and ensure patient safety.
• Initiate and administer therapeutic procedures and diagnostic tests.
• Document patient assessments and maintain records.
• Precept new employees and participate in student rotations.
• Collaborate with physicians and other health care staff.
