Job summary

Regency Hospital in Oregon, OH is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to provide care for critically ill patients during full-time night shifts (12-hour). The role includes evaluating patients, planning treatments, and performing endotracheal procedures as needed.

Eligible candidates will have NBRC CRT or RRT, state licensure, BLS, and ACLS within 6 months. A $15,000 sign-on and comprehensive benefits accompany this position.

Qualifications

• Experience in respiratory care for critically ill patients.
• Strong patient teaching and counseling skills.
• Ability to handle endotracheal tube procedures.
• Willingness to work night shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and recommend treatment plans.
• Provide respiratory care for critical and complex cases.
• Perform insertion/removal of endotracheal tubes.
• Promote continuous quality improvement.
• Educate patients and families on therapies.
