Qualifications

• Completion of a 2 or 4 year Respiratory Care Program.
• Ohio Licensure for Respiratory Care and NBRC credential (RRT/CRT).
• Clinical experience with adult and neonatal respiratory procedures.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide Respiratory Care and ensure patient safety; promote evidence-based practice.
• Initiate and administer respiratory procedures and diagnostic tests.
• Record patient assessments in medical records and maintain documentation.
• Precept new employees and support student rotations.
• Maintain respiratory therapy equipment and communicate with physicians and care team.
