Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in the state where the hospital resides to practice respiratory care.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Blood gas licensure required if employed in Nevada.
• High school diploma required, associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine therapy, diagnostic and emergency cardiopulmonary procedures for patients.
• Maintains all respiratory care equipment in working order; provides phlebotomy and basic laboratory testing as required.
