Job summary

PAM Health Specialty Hospital of Tulsa is seeking a Respiratory Care Practitioner to join our inpatient team. The ideal candidate will be licensed in the state, with current BLS and ACLS certification, and committed to caring for chronically and critically ill patients in a hospital setting.

The RCP will perform routine therapies, diagnostics, and emergency cardiopulmonary procedures, while maintaining all equipment and contributing to phlebotomy and basic laboratory testing as required.

Qualifications

• Must be certified or licensed in the state where the hospital resides to practice respiratory care.
• Must possess and maintain current BLS and ACLS certification.
• Blood gas licensure required if employed in the state of Nevada. High school diploma required, associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine therapy, diagnostic and emergency cardiopulmonary procedures for patients.
• Maintains all equipment in working order; provides phlebotomy and basic laboratory testing as required.
• Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
