Job summary

PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Humble seeks a Respiratory Care Practitioner to join our inpatient team. The RCP will perform routine therapy, diagnostic and emergency cardiopulmonary procedures and ensure all equipment is maintained.

Applicants must be licensed to practice in the state, hold current BLS and ACLS, and have at least one year of clinical respiratory experience; NV blood gas licensure is required if applicable.

Qualifications

• Must be certified or licensed in the state where the hospital resides to practice respiratory care.
• Must possess and maintain current BLS and ACLS certification.
• Blood gas licensure required if employed in the state of Nevada.
• At least a high school diploma is required, preferably an associate degree.

Responsibilities

• The Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) performs routine therapy, diagnostic and emergency cardiopulmonary procedures for patients in PAM Health hospitals and maintains all equipment in working order.
• Provides phlebotomy and basic laboratory testing for the patient population as required or requested.
