As a Respiratory Care Practitioner I, you'll function as an independent RCP delivering patient-centered, evidence-based respiratory care to infants, children, and teens across the continuum of care. You'll serve as a clinical and technical resource for age-specific respiratory modalities, collaborate with an interprofessional team to develop and adjust care plans, and help maintain the highest standards of safe, compassionate care for our pediatric population. This is a great entry point into pediatric respiratory therapy, with room to grow as you build your clinical experience.
Our Respiratory Care team supports patients across the full range of pediatric care, from general units to our NICU and PICU, operating advanced equipment including ventilators, CPAP/BiPAP, HFNC, HFJV, and HFOV, and partnering closely with physicians, nurses, and other specialists on multidisciplinary rounds. You'll also help train new staff and students, contribute to ongoing research and quality initiatives, and play a hands‑on role in patient outcomes every shift.
Affordable and Comprehensive Benefits Package
Minimum 30.64/hour - Maximum 49.02/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
