Job summary

PAM Health Specialty and Rehabilitation Hospital of Covington is seeking a Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) to care for our diverse inpatient population. The ideal candidate has inpatient hospital experience or a strong desire to learn within a collaborative team.

You will perform routine therapy, diagnostic and emergency cardiopulmonary procedures, maintain equipment, and provide phlebotomy with basic laboratory testing.

Qualifications

• Must be certified or licensed to practice respiratory care in the state of employment.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Blood gas licensure is required if employed in Nevada.
• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year of clinical respiratory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine therapy, diagnostic and emergency cardiopulmonary procedures.
• Maintains all equipment in working order.
• Provides phlebotomy and basic laboratory testing as required.
