PAM Health Specialty and Rehabilitation Hospital of Covington is seeking a Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) to support our inpatient teams. The ideal candidate will have inpatient hospital exposure or a strong willingness to learn, and will work to deliver high-quality cardiopulmonary care to a diverse patient population.

Responsibilities include routine therapy, diagnostics, and emergency cardiopulmonary procedures, with attention to maintaining equipment and performing phlebotomy as needed.

Competenze

• Must be certified or licensed in the state where the hospital resides to practice respiratory care.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Blood gas licensure required if employed in the state of Nevada.
• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year clinical respiratory experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Performs routine therapy, diagnostic and emergency cardiopulmonary procedures for patients in PAM Health hospitals and maintains all equipment in working order.
• Provides phlebotomy and basic laboratory testing for the patient population as required or requested.
• Requires one weekend and one holiday.
