Job summary

Jefferson Healthcare in Port Townsend, WA, seeks a Respiratory Care Practitioner for a 0.9 FTE day-shift, 36-hour-per-week, 13-week temporary assignment. You will deliver cardiopulmonary care under physician orders and department protocols, including newborn care, in a collaborative team.

Requirements include WA State license, AMA-approved school graduate, BLS/ACLS/NRP, and 1+ year of clinical experience; Labor and Delivery experience preferred.

Qualifications

• WA State Respiratory Therapist License required.
• Graduate of an AMA-approved School of Respiratory Therapy required.
• BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required.
• One or more years of clinical experience preferred.
• Labor and Delivery experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality cardiopulmonary care per physician orders and department protocols.
• Care for newborns as part of the care team.
• Follow hospital protocols and continue professional education.
• Collaborate with nursing and medical staff to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes.
